In Wyoming 23% of adults currently provide caregiver tasks. Although Caregiving can be a rewarding experience it may take its toll on the caregiver. We provide services and supportsto caregivers that enhance one’s well being and help in the caregiving journey.
Often caregivers experience:
- Physical Demands
- Emotional Stress
- Conflicts with work, family or other responsibilities are common.
However, at the Sheridan Senior Center, we have created supports to ease the burdens that accompany the important task of Caregiving.
