Often caregivers experience:

  • Physical Demands
  • Emotional Stress
  • Conflicts with work, family or other responsibilities are common.

However, at The Hub, we have created supports to ease the burdens that accompany the important task of Caregiving.

How do we help?

Learn about the services and programs available to you and the person you care for.

Opportunities to gain informative knowledge and experience in becoming a confident and effective caregiver.

Medical equipment is available through the Loan Closet.  Books and videos are available through the Lending Library.

Respite is offered on an intermittent basis in our Day Break Program or in your own home.  Based on a suggested contribution, respite is affordable for everyone.

Support groups meet Mondays at 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.  This is a great way to pick up ideas and tips from caregivers with first hand experience.

Supplies, equipment, and some home modifications may be provided on a cost-sharing basis.

Resources are available for grandparents 55 years and older raising grandchildren 17 years and younger.

It is important not to feel alone in your caregiving journey. Navigating the way through a changing identity, relationship, and daily role can be challenging; however, we would like to help you or someone you know!
