Sheridan Mini-Bus
Public Transportation

The Sheridan Mini Bus provides door to destination public transportation services to people of all ages, not just older adults.  People from all walks of life use this friendly service to get around the City of Sheridan seven days a week.  To work, to school, to the store or bank people get around town by calling and scheduling a ride with one of the Mini Bus Dispatchers.  Do you need a ride to visit a friend or to meet a family member for lunch?  Do you need a ride to church on Sunday?  Call at least the day before to assure your time and ride are reserved.

Reservations
Reservations must be made the day before, and no later than 3:00 p.m. for next day service.

Same day service is on space available only or medical emergency.

Due to the very specialized door-to-door service the “Mini-Bus" provides, the driver is considered on time if he/she arrives within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time.  For example, if you requested a 10:00 a.m. pick up, the bus may arrive anytime between 9:40 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. and still be considered on time.  The driver will wait a few minutes and then leave for the next ride.  It is very important that the passenger be ready to board the bus when it arrives.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes your plans change and you no longer need a ride.  Please call and cancel your trip as soon as possible.  This will save the Mini-Bus the cost of an unnecessary trip and allow us to provide a ride to someone else.  Call us at 674-9272.  Thank you for your cooperation!
